Practice Closure Preston

We are saddened to announce that My Vet – Preston will temporarily close on 11/07/2022. We hope to be able to reopen this branch in the future and will provide updates relating to this.

However, the team at My Vet in Clayton le Dale would love to welcome you and your pet(s) in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Preston, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with My Vet means:

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue
• Out of hours care will be at Vets Now Preston based at Clayton le Dale

Third-party providers will have access to your data to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website. Our systems and services (including our out of hours) will be available at Vets Now Preston, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care.

Should you not wish to be transferred to My Vet Clayton le Dale, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.
